Fire Inspection & Reporting App
Field inspection app replacing paper-based safety audits with photo-evidenced digital reports.

Stack
How we replaced a fire department's paper audits with a photo-evidenced digital platform — the same engine now offered white-label as Dinotik Inspect.
The problem
Inspectors ran safety audits on paper. Reports were transcribed by hand back at the office, deficiencies lived in spreadsheets, and follow-up work slipped between disconnected systems. Compliance records were slow to produce and hard to defend.
Our approach
We built a mobile-first inspection app backed by a web operations console. Inspectors run configurable checklists on site — capturing photos, readings and signatures fully offline — and the platform turns each inspection into a branded report, ranked deficiencies, dispatched work orders, and invoices.
The result
Every record is now photo-evidenced and audit-ready, and the whole operation — from the field to the invoice — lives in one connected system instead of paper and scattered spreadsheets. The same engine is now offered white-label to any inspection business.
Capabilities
Product tour
Real screens from a live deployment
Not mockups — the actual platform, in production.

Operations dashboard
At-a-glance KPIs across active inspections, open deficiencies, recommendations and revenue — the first thing the office sees each morning.

Inspections
Every inspection across jobsites in one place, with status, assignee and template — filter, search, and drill into any record.

Deficiencies
Track every issue from discovery to resolution, ranked by severity and tied back to the inspection that found it.

Work orders
Turn findings into dispatched work — assigned, scheduled, and tracked through completion.

Invoicing
Bill directly from completed work. Line items flow from the job, so nothing is re-keyed and nothing is missed.

Scheduler
Plan the whole team's week, assign the right technician, and keep recurring compliance dates on track.
