A two-sided marketplace that connects film & TV productions in the UAE with the gear and crew they need — discovery, booking, payments, and fulfillment in one platform.
The problem
Renting production gear and hiring crew in the Gulf ran on scattered WhatsApp chats and manual quotes — no single place to discover inventory, check availability, or pay securely. Owners had no real system to manage listings, bookings, deposits, or payouts.
Our approach
We built the full marketplace, end to end: a client app to browse equipment and crew, check availability, and book with secure payment; a provider app to list inventory, manage a booking calendar, fulfill deliveries, and track earnings; and an admin CMS to run the whole platform. Payments, VAT, security deposits, commissions, and provider settlements are all handled in-system.
The result
Productions can find gear and book crew in one place, providers run their rental business from their phone, and every booking moves through a clear lifecycle — from request to delivery to payout. Built for the UAE market, fully bilingual and priced in AED.
